The staff seem to work close with the taxi service so PLEASE DON'T LET THEM GET YOU A TAXI USE UBER IT'S MUCH CHEAPER.

This is my favorite hotel ever. It was my second time staying there, and I always choose the suite because it has an amazing view of the city and a cool vibe.The location is perfect, close to everything.My favorite part is the employees.1- Hakan bulbulkayaHe was so kind, helpful, and always there for us helping us in everything, and he was so generous he gave me a mini cake as a gift, which I appreciate. Thank you for everything Hakan abi thank you so much.2- Eren yamanoğlu & Dogukan erogl Both of them were very helpful every single time they saw a bag or shopping bag with me immediately they would take it from my hand & hold it for me, whatever I needed from them they would help me always, both of them had a smiling face and always welcomed us in a lovely way* Eren helped us weigh our bags and gave us many tips on how to avoid excess weight; he had experience in this area. Thank you Eren* Dogukan He was always taking beautiful pictures of us with my phone; he was always the one asking if we'd like to take pictures we were happy it was thoughtful. Thank you Dogukan3-AynurShe was very understanding and calm, and she helped us a lot.We had a white jacket that the cleaning service took by mistake. We spoke to her, and she understood that we weren't accusing them of theft, but rather that it was a mistake. Aynur spent about an hour investigating the matter until she found the jacket, and it was indeed taken by mistake. As compensation, she asked them to wash and iron the jacket, and she returned it to us by herself. Thank you Aynur4- SatiyeSariya ablaaaa❤️❤️❤️I loved her so much, she was responsible for cleaning the suit, i loved her so much she was so helpful, she was super clean and fast at the same time, what ever i asked her she would bring it to me immediately. Below Expectations

My stay at this hotel was not comfortable. The staff was rude and unhelpful, which significantly affected the overall experience. I requested an extra pillow, but no one came to assist me, even after calling a second time.During check-out, I was kept waiting in the lobby while the staff checked the room to ensure nothing was missing. This caused an unnecessary delay while my taxi was waiting outside. The overall lack of efficiency and professionalism was disappointing and does not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel.

They upgraded our room for free and the hotel was very good. Good location and decent breakfast.

The room cleaning could have been a bit better. The hotel often forgot to restock us with water bottles when we requested.

Excellent breakfast! Rooms were cleaned well. Large lobby and dinning options throughout the day. We were able to hang out in the lobby in the evenings to socialize with our family and people we met in the hotel.

Rooms are not soundproof. We could hear others in the rooms next to us. Location is a bit far from the old city. Not too many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Stayed for a convention here, and room was comfortable, nice view, and generally well appointed. Not a very convenient neighborhood for some things or metro transport, but sufficient for all we needed.

No way to brew coffee, but this seems to be typical of most of the middle east. Just nescafe and hot pot. (And tea)

Everything was fine and I would also like to thank Ms. Novin. She was very polite and kind and cleaned my room every day.

Of course, I have to say that the reception staff were not very polite and charged me 35 euros for my friend coming as a guest for two hours. No hotel has such a policy. Of course, I did not accept it and said I would cancel.

The breakfast was great, a lot of different options to choose. Everything was delicious. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was always attentive and helpful in our requests.

Location is decent

I chose this hotel because of it’s facilities. They didn’t indicate the pool, gym and hamam are in maintenance while I was making reservation. Perhaps they closed to save costs. We couldn’t use these facilities. Room was smelling smoke.
